Our shipping cost are determined by the shipping company, in our case the USPS. We package our products in the most cost efficient way possible, while also protecting your product from damage. We currently ship to the United States.

RETURN: What are the conditions that must be met to issue a refund?
REFUND: You have 14 days to request a refund. Upon meeting return requirements, refunds will be forwarded to the original method used to make the purchase. No refunds will be issued on discounted or sale items.
UNDELIVERED ITEM: If you do not receive your item, please contact us and we will help track the order down and issue a refund if necessary.

We will submit your refund within 48 hours of receiving and upon inspection of the returned product. You will be notified when we issue your refund. Your card company will post the credit to your account in accordance with their policies.
